The Project involves developing a 60 MW Hydro Electric Project in Tidong, Hmachal Pradesh. The Client for the project is the Government of Himachal Pradesh The Partners in the SPV are Gammon and Torrent Power AEC Limited (now Torrent Power Limited). Currently, we have received the Letter of Intent from the Client. The licence period for this project is 35 years excluding construction
period.
