PRAVARA CO-GENERATION POWER PROJECT, MAHARASHTRA
   (SPV TO BE SET UP)

This project involves the design, construction, finance and operation of a 30 MW co-generation power project on BOOT basis in Pravara Nagar, Maharashtra. It also involves setting up and operating the co-generation facility which includes a bagasse storage facility, water reservoir facility, ash disposal facility and staff colony. The co-generation facility will be designed as a multi-fuel power plant fired by bagasse or other biomass fuel. The co-generation facility shall supply the process steam and power to PDVVPSSKL and shall sell surplus power to any third party after meeting requirements of PDVVPSSKL.

The Client for the project is Padmashri Dr. Vitthalrao Vikhe Patil Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana Limited (“PDVVPSSKL”). PDVVPSSKL is a co-operative sugar factory registered under the provisions of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960.

Currently, the Project Development Agreement for this project has been signed.

The concession period for this project is 25 years excluding construction period.
